Due to the custom nature of our personalized products, returns are generally not accepted. We have a proofing process so you can overlook your product for any needed corrections. You are allowed up to 2 free revisions. During this proofing process we ask that you carefully look over all of your personalized details on the proof to eliminate any misspellings.
Due to the custom nature of digital downloads, returns are not accepted on instant download products. If you have received a defective instant download then we will exchange it for the same product.
In the rare event that your personalized product was damaged during delivery or defective, then please contact us within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
We are not responsible for prints that are not printed by us. You will need to discuss any issues which you may have with the company that printed your prints.
Due to the handmade nature of tissue paper products such as confetti balloons, refunds are not accepted.
No returns/exchanges on balloons.
If there has been an error on the part of the seller, for merchandise product we will happily issue an exchange or refund upon return of the unused product.
