What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments through our online shop using a credit card via Paypal (you DO NOT need a Paypal account to process your payment).

Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to collect 7% sales tax from all orders billed to Florida residents.

Is my information secure?
Simply Dovie is a secure site. All pages and logins are encrypted using SSL technology. All credit cards are processed through a secure payment gateway, Paypal, (you DO NOT need a Paypal account to process your payment). We do not store credit card information, and we will never share your information with anyone.


Shipping and Delivery

What countries do you ship to?

For all shippable products such as Birthday Chalkboard Giclée Art Prints, Wall Art, Photo Cards, Invitations, Balloons, etc. we ship to the United States and Canada.
Digital Delivery and Instant Download purchases are downloadable files and are not shipped to a physical address to these products are available worldwide.

When will I receive my order?

Instant Downloads
Instant Downloads will be labeled with Instant Download in the drop down menu and you will receive a download link on your order confirmation page after your order is processed. You will click the download link and download the file/s to your computer.

Digital Deliveries
Digital Deliveries are digital files that will be emailed/or a link to your email address where you will download your digital artwork. You will receive your proof within 48 business hours and you are allowed up to 2 free revisions. Revisions may take up to 24 business hours for each revision. Once your product has been finalized and approved, your product will then be emailed to your billing email address.

Digital delivery rush is a rush option, which you will receive your proof within 24 business hours. You are allowed up to 2 free revisions. Revisions for a rush order may take up to 6-12 business hours for each revision. Once your product has been finalized and approved, your product will then be emailed to your billing email address.

Product Deliveries
Printable product that you have chosen for us to print such as Giclée Art Prints, Invitations, Photo Cards will take up to 7-10 days after the proofing process has been completed, for delivery to U.S. customers. Delivery to Canada might be slightly longer than the 7-10 days due to customs. We are not responsible for any custom duties, taxes or tariffs for shipping to Canada. We deliver using USPS or Fed EX and a tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Merchandise product such as balloons will ship within 1-3 business days, (excluding weekends and holidays). Product will deliver using USPS First Class mail and it can take 2-5 days for U.S. Customers Delivery to Canada might be slightly longer. We are not responsible for any custom duties, taxes or tariffs for shipping to Canada.

We do not offer rush shipping on artwork printed by us. If you need your merchandise product such s balloons rushed then please contact us.


Production Time

Production time includes both our proofing process and our print production.

Proofing process

We want your personalized information to be correct and exactly how you want it! So we have a proofing process to help with just that and we are only human and although we try not to, we do make mistakes from time to time.

Revisions may take up to 24 business hours and a new proof will be emailed to the email address that you provided at checkout. You are allowed 2 free revisions. Print orders go into print production after proof approval.

Print Production

This is when your items will be printed. Our print production time is 3-4 days before shipping.


Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our personalized products, returns are generally not accepted. We have a proofing process so you can overlook your product for any needed corrections. You are allowed up to 2 free revisions. During this proofing process we ask that you carefully look over all of your personalized details on the proof to eliminate any misspellings.

Due to the custom nature of digital downloads, returns are not accepted on instant download products. If you have received a defective instant download then we will exchange it for the same product.

In the rare event that your personalized product was damaged during delivery or defective, then please contact us within 7 days of receipt of shipment.

We are not responsible for prints that are not printed by us. You will need to discuss any issues which you may have with the company that printed your prints.

Where are you located?

Simply Dovie, LLC operates as an online store.

Can I receive a proof of my order?

Yes, if you would like to see a proof of your order. Not all of our designs have a digital proof included, so extra charges may apply. The designs that have a proof included will be labeled on the product page.

I purchased a digital delivery of my personalized product. Where do you recommend for printing?

We recommend printing your product at your favorite print lab. We cannot guarantee the print quality of the print lab of your choice. If there is an issue with the outcome of your printed product then you will need to speak to that print lab. We do guarantee that your digital image will be a 300 dpi, high resolution image which will print at a high quality print.

What kind of paper do you recommend that I print my product on?

Chalkboard Prints – on a matte paper. If matte isn’t available at your print lab of choice then you can select lustre. It not suggested to print chalkboard prints on a glossy finish.
Wall Art – on a heavy weight matte paper. If matte isn’t available at your print lab of choice then you can select lustre.
Photo Cards – on a heavy weight paper with your choice of lustre, semigloss or glossy finish.
Invitations – on a heavy weight paper with your choice of lustre, semigloss or glossy finish.

How do I send my digital file to the printer?

When you receive your digital printable via email, we recommend downloading the file to your computer first. Then you can either upload the file to your favorite print lab of choice by the internet or you can save your file to a usb/portable drive and take it into the store.

We do not recommend sending your file to a print lab via a cell phone as cell phones compress files.

What resolution are your digital printables?

All of our printable digital files are 300 dpi, high resolution images. This will result in a high quality print. It is recommended to print your photo at the size that you purchased for the highest quality.

What do I do if I tried to print my file and it says it is a low resolution file?

We guarantee your digital printable is a 300 dpi, high resolution image, regardless of which size you ordered. We suggest double checking that you are printing at the size that you purchased. For example if you purchased an 11×14 then be sure you are printing it at an 11×14.

Can you match my colors?

Yes, if you do not see your color in our color chart then we can color match. Just email us your color swatch/es. There will be an additional design time fee of $5.

Can I request a different image on my artwork?

Yes, if you see a product you like and would like to switch design elements from that product from another product we carry. Please contact us. There will be an additional design time fee of $10.
